Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book?

My busiest sessions are spring, summer and fall so I always recommend reaching out as soon as possible even if you’re just contemplating booking a session. I also have last-minute sessions that do come up on occasion so you can ask to be added to my last-minute list if you’re hoping for a session sooner than later during those months. In the winter I travel to warmer places to shoot but am fairly regularly available locally. All this to say, the sooner the better!

How do I prep? What should I wear? 

Once you’re booked, I walk you through the shoot A-Z and together we come up with the look and style of your session. I also provide you with an extremely detailed information guide so that you know exactly how to prepare your horse and yourself for our time together. My aim is for you to always know what’s going on and for us to have a ton of fun together so you’ll always know what to do every step of the way. 

What if the weather isn’t great?

I always book a ‘rain date’ normally during the week of your session to reschedule in case the weather decides to rain on our parade. No matter what, I always ensure we get your images! 

How many images will I receive?

This depends on the type of session you book. Contact me to learn more about the session types I offer.

Are you willing to travel?

Yes. Reach out to me to let me know where you’re located - I travel frequently (primarily North America and Europe) and would love to add your hometown to my travel schedule.
